Dictionaries and atlases are common books that need repair due to their large size and heavy usage. Older atlases can be very large, but their illustrations are beautiful. Newer atlases often are difficult because they tend to have illustrations on the inside front and back cover. It is possible, though, to create color photocopies of these so they can be saved. These books are well worth preserving because they are a unique snapshot in time.
